  • 3 6oz Pieces of Salmon
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard


  • Combine all ingredients and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Grill for 6 min per side for 6oz/1 inch thick pieces. Increase cooking time for larger or thicker pieces.
